Each year, Smithy's Droughtmasters selects a few animals to prepare and show at local agricultural shows around the Southern Downs.

Smithy's Feldspar won the 16 to 20 month tropical bull class, and then went on to be awarded the champion junior tropical bull. In the interbreed competition, Feldspar was awarded the Grand Champion Bull of the show and then went on to become the Supreme Exhibit of the show. The whole team performed well, being awarded the champion senior tropical female and the reserve champion tropical junior bull, as well as the supreme interbreed pair of females

Smithy's Firefly was awarded 1st in females 18 to 20 months and went on to be awarded champion heifer. Judge Anthony Ball commented on her exceptional skin and bone, while still remaining feminine and clean. Smithy's Feldspar was awarded the reserve champion bull, and we also won the sire's progeny group.

Smithy's Freya won the 20 to 24 month tropical female class and went on to be awarded champion senior tropical female. Smithy's Feldspar was also champion junior topical bull and Smithy's Fireball was reserve champion junior tropical bull.

Smithy's Eggnog was awarded 1st in females 9 to 12 months. as a 10 month old, she shows exceptional growth while still maintaining structural correctness.

Smithy's Dominic was awarded Supreme Champion Bull of the show. Our females also performed well taking many class and interbreed places as well.

Smithy's Apollo was awarded Champion Droughtmaster bull of the 2019 Warwick Show. He was also awarded interbreed Supreme Champion pair of bulls with Smithy's Anzac.
